Freedom to express yourself and your emotions is one of the five basic needs with which we start life. But few people were taught to “feel”: not to avoid, not to evaluate, but to be aware.
Let's do this together. Let's go through each of the emotions - anger, fear, disgust, sadness, joy - and learn to understand ourselves in these states and manage them. Let's catch the impulse inside - and then ask ourselves: “Do I want to go where this leads me?”
This course - for those who want to manage themselves and their feelings, have an internal compass and rely on it in different life situations. It all starts with a call—the feeling “I want to change something.” Everyone has their own call.
The course lasts 8 weeks: studying basic emotions (6 weeks), immersive game (12 days).
We do not promise simple solutions to complex emotional problems. But you will definitely be convinced that your feelings are real, that you have the right to live, express and regulate them.
An experienced designer distinguishes shades: azure, cobalt, cyan. And someone will call them blue. It’s the same with feelings: the more subtle you differentiate, the better you understand what to do.
The practices that you master can be used as medicine - for self-help in stress and difficult life situations.
You will try to change your usual pattern: and instead of denial, avoidance, suppression, you will allow yourself to experience different states.
You will understand what makes you sad, angry, or scared, and learn to recognize the triggers that lead to unwanted thoughts, words, and actions.
The energy of emotions, especially negative ones, is powerful and transformative. If used correctly, you can achieve a lot. And if you extinguish it, it will go into the Shadow and destroy from the inside. It's time to release her.

If you are ready to experience any feelings, you are ready to do anything. It seems that to get things done requires the courage to act. But what is it based on? Courage to feel. We will develop it.

Psychologist with 10 years of experience in advisory and psychocorrectional work, including with people with mental disorders and disabilities. She conducts a psychotherapeutic practice, uses the Jungian sandbox method, and uses art therapeutic techniques in her work.

Volume 2. Game "Defeat the Dragon"
For 12 whole days you will become a superhero - reincarnated as a space conqueror or a goddess. Important missions await you and a battle with the Dragon: anxiety, avoidance, anger - what prevents you from feeling happy. The game is an opportunity to discover your strength and learn to use it even in the most difficult life situations.

Volume 3. Homecoming
The hero's journey never ends. The most difficult task is to return to everyday life with new knowledge: “... instead of us it always returns someone else” The final part of the course is dedicated to exactly this: understanding your Path and creating a new identity.
