The main goal of first aid is to carry out the simplest measures that will help save lives, reduce pain and prevent possible complications in the victim. Not only in extreme situations, but also in most everyday cases, a person’s fate depends on how quickly assistance was provided after the incident, and how qualified it was.

Our course teaches you the principles and skills of first aid, both in theory and in practice. The main objective of the first aid course is to practice independent actions aimed at preserving the life of the victim until the arrival of rescue services.

In the theoretical part of the course you will learn the minimum necessary for the formation of basic medical literacy: how to protect yourself from infections when providing first aid, the basics of psychological support for victims, the algorithm of actions and legal aspects of providing first aid help.

During the practical part, you will acquire the skills to assist with bleeding, wounds, and various types of injuries. Learn to carry out simple resuscitation measures not only for an adult, but also for an infant. You will learn how to act in case of obstruction of the respiratory tract by a foreign body, master anti-shock measures, actions in case of heart attack, stroke, poisoning, epilepsy, diabetes, bites (snake, insects, ticks). Let's consider the transportation of the victim, emergency conditions when exposed to heat and cold on the human body

To practice practical skills, a mannequin, pads that simulate wounds and bleeding, visual aids, video materials, situational games for practicing first aid competencies based on acquired knowledge and skills.

First aid is the simplest urgent measures necessary to save the life of the victim. What to do if someone loses consciousness? Or if you witnessed an accident? How to provide first aid before the doctor arrives or safely transport the victim to the hospital? All these questions and more will be discussed during the program. A special emphasis is placed on practical classes, some of which are conducted by employees of medical institutions. Mini groups up to 12 people! The program was developed on the basis of the federal standard “Nursing”.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (5 hours)

First aid for thermal injuries and chemical burns (3 hours)
First aid measures until the arrival of emergency medical services or other services. Psychological support for the victim (2 hours)
