The world has developed objective prerequisites for the transition to a fundamentally new socio-economic model based on the principles of an ecosystem. The existing world economic model has reached the limits of its growth, predetermined not only by resource limitations and socio-economic relations, but also by ideological views. In terms of Marxism, there is a change in the socio-economic formation.

The share of intellectual products in developed countries today reaches 80%. At the same time, the modern doctrine of intellectual rights was not ready for the emergence of new relations, since in the new structure society's legal and economic interests and relations turn out to be conceptually inseparable and mutually dependent friend. As a result, a parallel institutional environment of intellectual rights is emerging in society.

As part of the course, we will pay special attention to the analysis of the properties of classical and innovative results of intellectual activity, their significance and development prospects, we will discuss issues of personal and business strategy for managing rights to intellectual products in the Ecosystem Creation.

The course will tell you how interaction is built in conditions of decentralized management, when the vertical of power disappears, and why the ecosystem stimulates a shift in its participants from a position of social dependency to the search for goals and ways of their own development.

The topic of changing the function of money will be touched upon and it will be shown why decentralization in management means decentralization of the entire monetary system and a mega transformation of the entire credit and financial system.
