Alexander Domanitsky's experience extends to:
- Logistics: from crowdsourced courier service to shipping line;
- Retail: creating retail chains from scratch and bringing existing ones out of the crisis;
- Information technology: successful implementation of ERP systems and their integration with proprietary tools.
Worked with a wide range of projects - from large retail structures (non-food) to a container shipping line and a crowdsourcing platform. Before Apple opened a local office, he led the independent company Apple IMC, which represented Apple's interests in Russia and the CIS countries. Built the retail operations of the ReStor group (now Inventive Retail Group - inventive.ru) in Russia and Europe. Since 2009, he has been involved in anti-crisis management of companies in the field of retail, logistics and IT from Western Europe and Russia. For the last 6 years, Alexander has been focused on working with companies using a platform business model, either as a CEO (for example, the EMEX group) or as a project consultant. Consults companies on adapting a platform business model. The geography of activity covers Russia, the CIS, Western Europe and the USA. Alexander’s personal interest is theoretical developments in the field of platform economics.

Depending on the specifics of the business and the subject of the agreement (contract), economic security has its own characteristics. It is important for the company, and it must be ensured at all stages, from the selection of counterparties to the claim work. The tasks of economic security are solved not only by the security service - these tasks fall on the shoulders of many company officials: risk managers, lawyers, auditors, compliance managers and others executives. The seminar will be of interest to everyone who is entrusted with the tasks of economic security as an integral part of the business protection system. At the seminar you will consider practical solutions to protect contract work from threats and economic risks, both external and internal. Also, the participants of the seminar will be offered ready-made algorithms of actions and forms (samples) of the necessary regulatory documents. The course content may be adjusted taking into account the current economic situation. All issues are considered in the context of emergency circumstances, including those caused by international sanctions.
