In the context of the development of flexible forms of integration between participants, digitalization and automation of business processes, specialists in the field supply chains need to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments to meet increasingly complex needs clients. The constantly changing reality of the modern world, globalization, the development of the industrial Internet, industry 4.0 methods and cyber-physical systems pose ambitious tasks for managers.
Modern supply chains must be transparent, predictable and efficient. In recent years, increasing attention has been paid to the environmental impact of logistics. Even if you don't face these challenges right now, chances are you will face them tomorrow.
However, classic supply chain problems have not gone away. It is also important to quickly, cheaply and efficiently fulfill orders, which are becoming more and more diverse. In our course we talk about modern trends in the theory and practice of supply chains: choice supplier, inventory management, distribution, transportation and applied digital technologies in logistics. We will talk about all this in our online course!
