The course is designed in such a way as to provide an opportunity for young people who do not yet have project work experience to not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also try to collaborate with fellow students and the teacher in various project-oriented business games. The course provides an understanding of the basic tools of project management, the psychological characteristics of a project team, and the factors for successful completion of a project.

Project risk management is discussed in detail. Planning procedures, proactive and reactive approaches, analysis methods and risk management strategies.
