RECIPE: candy apple

It was always interesting to try a candy apple - one of the favorite delicacies of Americans. The result is a very tasty and unusual! I looked through a few recipes and choose the one that in my opinion the most natural and wherein the available ingredients. As it is unlikely the shelves of our supermarkets inundated with maple and corn syrup.
Cooking apples are very fast and easy! I got apple crisp acidity with soft honey caramel.
Ingredients: 6 cold apples, 6 wooden rods or sticks of lollipops, 1 cup of honey, 1 cup of cream (35%), a pinch of salt and spices as desired.

I took a few apples, respectively, and honey with cream took less. I also like a soft caramel, so instead of 35% cream took 20% and add a small piece of butter - it came out very tasty. Just take a look, so caramel was thick, otherwise will be very small layer on apples.
