The program is designed for those whose professional activities involve creating and editing texts for the media; and for those who want to obtain a new professional qualification that does not depend on previous education.
The professional retraining program “Text Editor for Media” will give you the skills not only to effectively process, but also to effectively create media text. You will master both traditional and modern, latest techniques for editing media texts. You will learn to productively interact with text (regardless of its format, subject matter and distribution channel) at the level of composition, logic and style, and master the techniques of fact-checking and copywriting. The program has been running since 2006 and develops in students the ability to work with text in such a way as to make it clear, factually accurate, logical and effective.
Skills being developed: professional techniques for preparing and processing texts, editing and fact-checking skills, effective creation of media texts, copywriting, ability to work with databases, organization of editorial process.
