Google has released an updated Chrome Web Store for all users, a platform that offers browser extensions.
Visually, the update was clearly inspired by the Material Design 3 style used in Android: buttons with strongly rounded corners, lack of volume in interface elements and fairly free distance between them.
Recommended content has been moved to a separate section - it offers popular content, editor's choice and other selections. Separate tabs have also appeared for extensions and themes - each also has blocks of recommendations and thematic collections.
Previously, the update was available to a small number of users as part of a test, but now it has been rolled out to everyone.
