Wine for weight loss created in Russia

Russian Biotechnological University (ROSBIOTECH) told about the development of a wine drink similar to vermouth, which promotes weight loss, increased performance and resistance to stress.

We are talking about a unique product of our own production. It is based on wine material, which has acquired special properties due to fermentation by the fungus Eurotium cristatum and the enrichment of raw materials with bioadditives.

According to the creators, the drink completely retained the taste, aroma and strength of the wine. But at the same time, it improves the condition of the pancreas in people prone to diabetes, activates fat metabolism, promotes weight loss and improves immunity.

Professor of the Department of Fermentation and Winemaking Technologies of ROSBIOTECH Marina Moiseyak added that previous studies have already confirmed the positive effects of the Eurotium mushroom on the human body cristatum. And this is true, but usually in scientific works tea with this mushroom was studied.

A group of Chinese scientists are studying the properties of Eurotium cristatum especially carefully. Last year they published study about the possible beneficial effects of the mushroom on fat burning, treatment of dysbiosis and energy metabolism.
