A full trailer for “Rebel Moon” from Zack Snyder and Netflix has been released

Netflix has released a large trailer for the sci-fi action movie Rebel Moon. It was directed by Zack Snyder, known for "Armies of the Dead», «Justice League" and "Keepers".

The film tells the story of a girl whose colony was captured by the tyrant Belizarius, who subjugates entire worlds. To fight back, the heroine gathers allies throughout the galaxy. Originally director planned make this story part of the Star Wars universe, but then decided to turn it into a separate film universe.

The film stars Sofia Boutella, Charlie Hunnam, Cary Elwes, Ed Skrein and Djimon Hounsou. Anthony Hopkins also took part in the filming. The soundtrack was composed by Junkie XL, who worked on the films Deadpool and Mad Max: Fury Road.

"Rebel Moon" is divided into two parts. The first will be released on Netflix on December 22, and the second in April 2024, less than six months later. Both will have an R-rated director's cut with plenty of action, violence and explicit scenes.
