What is “shadow work”?

- Be open and honest with yourself. Only with complete transparency, when you are truly willing to see the unpleasant traits of your character and behavior, will you be able to accept and let them go.
- Keep a journal and write down all your discoveries about yourself. Our brain tends to forget or block those properties of us that are unpleasant or irritating to us. To overcome this, record any thoughts, feelings, dreams, or images you have.
Despite its extreme benefits, shadow work is not for everyone.
