Samsung has released the S Pen Creator Edition stylus - for digital artists

Samsung released a new version of its S Pen stylus - Creator Edition. The new product is almost twice as expensive as its predecessor.

First of all, the accessory has an updated design. Among other things, the tip was modified and the body was thickened for a more comfortable grip.

One of the new features is increased sensitivity to tilt, which is important for digital graphics artists. The company notes that this version is intended primarily for creative tasks. However, it oddly lacks the Air Commands tool found in the S Pen, which allows users to quickly access various functions by hovering over the screen. But the side button for interacting with creative applications remains. With its help, you can, for example, switch between a pen and an eraser.

The housing protection complies with the IPX4 standard. Interestingly, the base model offers a more reliable IP68.

The S Pen Creator Edition doesn't require charging, so it doesn't have a battery. Other features include a magnetic clip for attaching to the body of a compatible device. And it works with Galaxy Tab S tablets and smartphones

Galaxy S21 Ultra and newer, Galaxy Note 10 and newer, as well as some computers.

The pen only comes in white. Price - 100 dollars (≈9,000 rubles). For comparison: the S Pen is offered for $60 (≈5,000 rubles).
