Cut 200 g of smoked sausage and a couple of fresh cucumbers into strips, and tomatoes into pieces. Mix with carrots in Korean, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and dill.

2. Salad with beans, smoked sausage and croutons
For this dish, you can use canned or boiled beans. Legumes and cheese make the salad very filling, and smoked meat gives it a rich flavor. Choose the flavor of crackers at your discretion. And be sure to add them before serving to prevent them from getting soggy.

5. Salami salad with lemon dressing
If you don't like mayonnaise or sour cream options, try this light salad. Citrus juice and olives add piquancy and pleasant sourness to the dish, and feta adds salty notes.
Cut 100 g of raw smoked sausage into thin slices, purple onion into rings. Coarsely chop a few cherry tomatoes.
From half lemon squeeze out the juice and mix with olive oil.
Place lettuce leaves on a plate and place chopped ingredients and olives on top.
Season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs. Add some crumbled feta. Pour dressing over salad.
