Onyx has released two new tablet models with E-Ink color screens - Boox Note Air3 C and Boox Tab Ultra C Pro. They are equipped with 10.3-inch displays providing 4,096 colors at a resolution of 2480 x 1860.
The Note Air3 C panel is housed in an aluminum case and protected by additional glass with a film that creates the feeling of writing with a pen on paper. There's an adjustable backlight for night reading, as well as a split-screen feature to display two apps at once.
The heart of the reader is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, supported by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, which can be expanded using microSD. It runs Android 12, which allows you to download any applications from Google Play via dual-band Wi-Fi.
There is a fingerprint sensor on the power button. There is also a password lock. Battery capacity – 3,700 mAh.
Boox Note Air3 C is already available buy for 500 dollars (≈48,000 rubles). The set includes a stylus, spare nibs and a magnetic cover that serves as a stand. The package also includes 10GB of additional cloud storage.
Boox Tab Ultra C Pro is described as a professional productivity tool. It looks like a minor update to April's Tab Ultra C.
The octa-core processor is now a 2.8GHz Qualcomm version. The amount of RAM has increased to 6 GB, and the operating system has been updated to Android 12. The vfuybnysq keyboard case has also been transformed - now it includes a trackpad.
At the same time, the battery capacity has become smaller - 4,600 mAh instead of 6,300 mAh. And the 16-megapixel rear camera and LED flash remain unchanged.
Boox Tab Ultra C Pro will appear on sale on October 26 and will cost $650 (≈62,000 rubles). The kit includes a stylus with an eraser function.
