Marvel is preparing a reboot of the cinematic universe with the new “Avengers”

Some of the old heroes may be brought back. But who?
Writer and screenwriter Joanna Robinson, author of the book MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios, spoke about the upcoming “soft reboot” of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. As part of The Watch podcast, she said that the film “Avengers: Secret Wars” will be the starting point for the reboot.
According to Joan, in this movie, Marvel can trim everything that doesn't work and keep the things that do. “Also, the studio may well bring back those characters you thought were gone forever,” added Robinson.
Robinson refers to the words of Kevin Feige himself, but he did not officially make any statements on this matter. Although even without them it is clear that Marvel is unhappy with failed projects current phase cinematic universe.
