Customizable home page, browser notifications, photo slideshows and more.
Apple updated web version of iCloud, making it in the style iOS 17 And macOS 14 Sonoma. The new interface is already available to all users.
Last year, the company added support for home screen widgets to its cloud. Now they have become interactive - users can customize the content that will be displayed in them. You can even display multiple layouts of the same tile.
Quick actions have also appeared. The home page lets you download files, delete or mark emails as unread, and the reminders let you close completed tasks. In addition, the new iCloud supports notifications directly in the browser for incoming emails and invitations to events.
In Mail, you can attach files to messages directly from storage and unsend emails. Calendar now has an Identity Control feature that lets you hide email addresses in event invitations.
Photos offers two new ways to enjoy your photos—Memories and Slideshow. And Notes now has a “Shared Folder” for collaborating with other users on a specific file. The built-in search now includes filters that allow you to narrow down the results.
To use the innovations, you just need to log in and take a short iCloud tour.
