Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro smartphones presented - with Leica optics and IP68 water protection

Xiaomi presented flagship smartphones Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro on the global market. The new products mainly differ only in processors.
They have 6.67-inch AMOLED displays with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2,600 nits peak brightness, and a 2,712 x 1,220 resolution. Both boast IP68 water and dust resistance.
As for cameras, the T-series now uses Leica optics and has three sensors installed - for 50 MP (with wide-angle lens), 50 MP (with telephoto lens) and 12 MP (with ultra-wide-angle lens). The selfie sensor is built into a hole in the center of the screen and has 20 megapixels.
Video shooting in 4K at 60 fps and 8K at 24 fps is announced, as well as support for HDR10+.
Inside the Xiaomi 13T is a Dimensity 8200-Ultra processor coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The heart of the older model is the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Plus, supplemented by 12/16 GB of RAM and from 256 GB to 1 TB of flash memory. They run on MIUI 14 with Android 13.
Both have 5,000 mAh batteries and support fast charging (up to 67 W and up to 120 W, respectively). For the Pro version, 19 minutes is enough for a full tank. Other features include stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.
Xiaomi promises to update gadgets for 5 years. After four Android updates, they will continue to receive security patches for another year.
The smartphones are already on sale in Europe and are available in three colors - black, green and blue. The basic version of Xiaomi 13T was priced at $670 (≈64,000 rubles), Xiaomi 13T Pro – at $790 (≈76,000 rubles).
