How to calibrate the iPhone and the iPad battery for longer battery life

The battery life of mobile devices has always been a byword. Although apple device in this plan favorably with those of competitors, the problem is sometimes exacerbated by a the output of the new firmware and update it when the naked eye can see that the iPhone holds charge much worse. Fortunately, this problem can be solved by the old "grandfather" of the method, the battery controller calibration.
Calibration essence is to ensure that the "reset" the controller which controls the battery and the charge boundary charge and discharge limits. Battery capacity varies with time, and the controller may "mischief" undercharged or conversely disabling its too early. This often happens after a firmware update on iPhone or iPad. So, there is a chance that, after calibrating the battery will come to his senses and show the best results. Run it is quite simple.
- The first thing you need to completely discharge the battery of your iOS-device. Speaking entirely, I mean a discharge to the moment when the device is not completely shut down. So a video, play games, listen to music and load your gadget is complete.
- After that, we put the device on the charging and charge it to the magic 100%. It is recommended to use the AC charger to provide the desired charging current.
- Once your iPhone or iPad charged up to 100%, let it hang on a string for another hour (for good measure).
- Now you need to disable the iOS-device from the network and use it normally until the battery is completely discharged (completely!). In any case, do not connect your device is charging or the computer. It is very important! Otherwise, the spell will be dispelled, and our mantra might not work. ?
- Again charger eyeballs and leave it charged for another hour (as described in paragraphs 2 and 3).
- Now everything. The battery of your device is calibrated. Congratulations!
Know to perform all these steps will be a little tedious to have to change habits - do not connect iPhone to your computer and charged strictly up to 100%. But believe me, it's worth it. At helps a lot.
If you have observed a similar problem - try all the same calibration. A lot of time and effort it will not take you, but the result may surprise.
