The first teaser trailer for the sequel to "Chicken Run" has been released

Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for Chicken Run 2, subtitled Dawn of the Nugget. This is a sequel to the 2000 cartoon.

According to the story, after a successful escape, Ginger and Rocky settle into a new place: in a bird sanctuary on an island, far from all the dangers of the human world. They have a daughter, Molly, and life is getting better, but then a new threat appears from the mainland. Now the chickens need to get into the camp of the enemy in order to save the chicken tribe and their freedom.

The development of the cartoon began in 2018. Directed by Sam Fell (Flushed Out!, Paranorman), the screenwriters are the same as in the first part: Karey Kirkpatrick and John O'Farrell. Starring Zachary Levi, Thandiwe Newton and Bella Ramsay.

The international distribution of "Chicken Run 2" starts on October 14, and on December 15, the cartoon will be released on Netflix.
