Summer, heat, cook laziness. That is not so much to cook, how to stand at the stove. I found 3 recipes that: a) do not require a lot of time; b) do not require special culinary skills; c) contain simple ingredients and g) prepared without the help of the plate!

Under number one my list goes sorbet!
Ingredients:1/2 cup of sugar, 2/3 heavy cream (33 - 35%), approximately 400 - 500 g of frozen or fresh fruit, a pinch of vanilla sugar. Cups capacity of 200 - 250 ml.
Whisking all the ingredients mix blender or mixer, try to taste and, if all satisfied, send it in the freezer or refrigerator. If a little sugar, then add according to taste. A sugar can be replaced with powdered sugar!
If you go to the refrigerator, it will be structurally more similar to light frozen mousse, if in the freezer - may well have something more like a sorbet. If you do decide to send it in the freezer, do not forget for an hour to periodically check and stir the mixture.
If you are interested in a dietary option, the cream can be replaced with plain yogurt!
2. Vanilla pudding.
Ingredients: white bread (fresh or stale), 1 egg, 1-3 Art. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. milk, 1-2 tbsp. l. melted butter, a pinch of vanilla sugar, a little cinnamon.
Preparing a pudding cup capacity of about 250-300 ml. Cut or break the bread into small pieces, put in a cup. Mix together all the remaining ingredients and pour on top of the bread. To a mixture of well-soaked bread and mix all and remember a little fork.
The cup goes in the microwave just 2 minutes on medium power. If you do not know really, how does your oven, it is best to put on a low power and check the readiness of dishes. Based on the results it will be possible to put the pudding to prepare for the additional time.
3. Chocolate pie. This option is more complicated than the previous two silent, but this applies only to the diversity of the original products.
Ingredients: 4 tbsp. l. flour, 4 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. cocoa 2 tbsp. l. Beat the eggs (whole will be too much), 3 tbsp. L milk, 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 3 tbsp. l. chocolate crumbs, a pinch of vanilla and cinnamon.
Again all ready in the cup (200 - 250 ml). Mix together the dry ingredients and send into the cup. Then add the egg and whip well with a fork. Pour in milk and butter mixed. At the very end add the chocolate chips.
It remains to send a cup in a microwave for about 3 minutes at a power of 1000 W or 4 minutes at a power of 700 watts. In the preparation of the pudding is quite a bit to go beyond the edge of the cup, but it's no big deal. The main thing not to overheat :)
I do not know how you react to pudding and pie, but the ice cream is worth a try! This I tell you from my own experience I can say;)
