Now notes can be highlighted not only with color.
Google Keep on Android has added text formatting capabilities. Mobile app users can already use bold, italic, and underline in their posts.
How notes The Verge, the new feature is more of a “should have been here forever” than a shiny new feature. However, it is still an unexpected addition. Indeed, the company pays very little attention to this service. Over the 10-year history, almost no new options have appeared in it. It last received a minor update earlier this year with a new home screen widget that allows users to open multiple windows at the same time.
Google is also gradually distributing version history so that you can see all the changes you make to your notes in chronological order.
It is noted that while the text formatting button is not displayed for all Android users. The feature is rolled out gradually and should be available to the public soon. Its implementation in the mobile application for iOS and the desktop version has not yet been reported.
