Threads introduces a limit on reading posts - yes, like Twitter

Elon Musk has already reacted.
Instagram CEO* Adam Mosseri announced upcoming changes in the new social network Threads. The creators will limit the number of posts that some users can view, just like Twitter recently did.
Mosseri noted that this is a forced measure, which was taken because of spammers. Browsing is supposed to help fight the influx of ad bots, but it can accidentally hit real active users as well. He asked to contact technical support for those who encounter this.
Previously, Twitter received a lot of criticism due to the imposition of limits on the number of views of posts per day. Because of this, even the release of Threads was postponed to an earlier date in order to offer an alternative to disgruntled Twitter users.
Twitter owner Elon Musk commented on the screenshot of Mosseri's post, calling it a copycat - clearly hinting that Meta * first copied the social network, and then its protective measures.
Details about limiting views in Threads are not specified: it is not known exactly how many publications will be available to users daily. Meta* declined to comment or add to Mosseri's post at the request of The Washington Post.
