Insiders have revealed the plot of the third "Doctor Strange"

Marvel Studios is developing a third solo Doctor Strange film that will partially cover the events of the recent Time Runs Out comic book series. About it informs edition of The Cosmic Circus, citing its sources in the industry.

Second film ended with a dramatic plot twist: Doctor Strange, walking through New York, writhing violently in pain as his third eye opens on his forehead. The sorceress Clea (Charlize Theron) appears in the post-credits scene. She seeks out Strange due to being seen as the cause of the destruction of the multiverse and asks for his help in restoring the worlds.

According to The Cosmic Circus sources, the events of the third film will start right after the end of the second one. Clea explains to Strange that she is part of the Black Priests, an organization that exists in the space between two dead universes.

The multiverse is dying due to invasions taking place in different parts of it, and the last one was due to Doctor Strange. The movie will show just how dangerous Strange is, and it's likely that the Council of Kang will appear as a bigger threat to the multiverse. One way or another, the triquel should become a kind of preface to the next "Avengers".
