WhatsApp on Android finally adds support for multiple accounts
Miscellaneous / / August 11, 2023
In beta WhatsApp for Android 2.23.17.8 appeared the ability to add multiple accounts and use them on one device. All of them are automatically linked to the application, which frees you from regularly entering your login and password when switching between them.
The developers also noted that the innovation allows you to write and reply to messages from multiple accounts at the same time.
To add a new account to an existing one, you need to click on the arrow icon next to the QR code button and follow the instructions. Then you can switch between them in the same menu.
The feature is currently being tested and is only available to a limited number of users. The timing of its full launch has not yet been reported. It is also unknown when it will appear at least in beta version on iOS.
