Xiaomi showed a compact electric oven with smart features

Xiaomi introduced A new device in the Mijia line is the Smart Electric Oven 40L oven. As the name implies, it has a volume of 40 liters.

The novelty is relatively compact (425 × 403 × 453 mm), inside there are three levels for attaching a wire rack or a baking sheet. The temperature of the upper and lower halves can be adjusted independently: for example, set to 190° at the top and 210° at the bottom. Maximum power - 2000 watts.

The oven offers different modes of operation: grill, baking, fermentation, fruit drying, defrosting and more. The temperature is regulated in the range from 30 to 230°C and maintained at a given level thanks to the PID system. It provides a stable temperature without abrupt heating or cooling, which can affect the quality of the baked goods.

The inner bowl of the oven is enameled, as is the baking tray included - it is easy to clean and scratch resistant. In the Mi Home app, you can access 40 professional recipes adapted to this oven: after starting the program on your smartphone, the oven will automatically apply the desired time and temperature settings.

Xiaomi Mijia Smart Electric Oven 40L was priced at 499 yuan (≈6,600 rubles). Pre-orders in China are already open, the release of new items on the international market has not yet been reported.
