DJI Introduces Osmo Action 4 Action Camera With Nearly 3 Hour Battery Life

DJI introduced Osmo Action 4 professional action camera with impressive battery life. And you can already buy it.

The novelty is equipped with a 1/1.3-inch image sensor that can record 4K at up to 120 frames per second. It is paired with an f/2.8 wide-angle lens for an ultra-wide field of view of up to 155 degrees.

Osmo Action 4 also offers HorizonSteady 360-degree stabilization modes, including POV video and horizontal shots.

The camera has a 10-bit D-Log M color mode that detects nearly a billion different hues and delivers detail in highlights and shadows. In addition, thanks to him, even when shooting underwater, the picture looks realistic.

It claims to be water-resistant to a depth of 18 meters and frost-resistant down to -20°C. So it can be safely used while diving or high in the mountains.

Battery life - 160 minutes. The Osmo Action 4 is powered by a 30W charger that fills an empty battery up to 80% in just 18 minutes.

Other features include a double digital zoom, voice prompts and voice control, as well as a function camera, which can hide the selfie stick - if desired, it can be removed from the video, thus obtaining the effect of shooting with drone.

There are also three microphones, two screens, a microSD slot (up to 512GB) and the ability to stream live using Wi-Fi. The device weighs 145 grams.

The Osmo Action 4 is now available for sale in the US. The Standard Combo kit costs $400 (≈37,000 rubles), and the Adventure Combo with two extra batteries, mini Osmo Action adapter, charging case and 1.5-meter selfie stick will cost $ 500 (≈46,000 rubles).
