Tecno showed an inexpensive smartphone for gamers - Pova 5 Pro with RGB backlight

Tecno company introduced Pova 5 Pro smartphone with an updated design and RGB backlighting.

The smartphone received a huge screen with a diagonal of 6.78 inches, Full HD + resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. On the back, there is a dual camera with a 50MP primary sensor.

Responsible for performance is a MediaTek Dimensity 6080 chip with a Mali-G57 MC2 graphics accelerator and 8 GB of RAM. The amount of flash memory is 256 GB. There's also a 2,820mm² vapor chamber with a 12,979mm² heat dissipation area that reduces heat by 2°C during gaming.

The gadget is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 68W fast charging. According to the manufacturer, a full battery lasts for 9 hours of games or 13 hours of video playback. The phone charges up to 100% in 45 minutes, and up to 50% in just 15 minutes.

In addition, there is a bypass charging that allows you to power your smartphone directly from the outlet, while the battery is not used in any way. The company notes that this reduces the risk of overheating and prolongs the "life" of the battery.

The smartphone also has Hi-Res and DTS certified stereo speakers and a headphone jack. There is support for two SIM-cards.

The rear panel with LED strips glowing in nine different colors deserves special attention. The backlight can be used for notifications (for example, during incoming calls), alerts (for low battery), and even in-game actions.

The release date of Tecno Pova 5 Pro has not yet been announced. It is expected that the novelty will cost about $195 (≈18,000 rubles).
