• from the date of handing the summons to the citizen by the employee of the military commissariat personally against receipt.

The digital ruble has officially appeared

August 1 came into force law about the digital ruble. This is a new type of national currency, which will be in circulation along with cash and non-cash forms of payment. This is electronic money created on the basis of blockchain technologies, but not a cryptocurrency, because they are completely controlled by the state. From August 4 can be receive electronic copies of the constituent document of a legal entity and the changes made to it without a fee.

Large business transfers will be controlled

Rosfinmonitoring will check each write-off from the account of a legal entity or entrepreneur if it is equal to or exceeds 5 million and meets one of the following conditions:

• during the past year, the business received money from a single treasury account,
• the recipient is classified as a high or medium risk of suspicious transactions.

Accomplices of foreign agents will be punished

August 4 comes into force law, which implies responsibility for helping foreign agents. If a person or organization helps a foreign agent bypass the restrictions, the accomplice will first be warned and then fined.
