The idea to open a PVZ appeared in 2018. I saw a pick-up point in a stationery store not far from home, I wanted to open the same one. Decided to launch during a pandemic. chose Ozone, because they offered loyal and understandable conditions for the franchise: opening card, financial support, training, brand book.
There were no difficulties, because I immediately assembled a team of like-minded people. These guys can talk to almost any landlord and know the area like the back of their hand. During the first six months of working with Ozon, we opened five pickup points and quickly recouped our investments - we got to the New Year and March 8th. Now I have 23 points, but I do not plan to stop there.
The number of employees is constantly changing: someone leaves, someone comes - you cannot do without a turnover in this business. Now I have about 60 people working for me. On average, I pay each shift from two thousand rubles, plus bonuses, depending on the workload. And it is different for the points: someone receives 70 parcels, and someone - 450.
Where there is a large flow, we put an additional employee or call the manager for help. And during large sales, we work and give out goods to the whole team.

On ordinary days, I deal with organizational tasks: there are many of them, this business is far from being a passive source of income. IN PVZ I visit from time to time: I am always pleased with the quality of service and the high level of communication between my employees and clients. Sometimes I meet with sellers - when they bring goods to the pickup point, they are all pleasant and responsible people.
Until there were 15 points, I simultaneously worked as a jewelry chain manager. Now there is no need for this: on average, one point brings 50-100 thousand rubles a month. Gradually, we ourselves begin to trade on Ozon. PVZ is used as a warehouse. This is convenient: the client placed an order for my product on the marketplace, and then all that remains is to transfer the item from one shelf to another and send the goods through the system.

I am in charge of the technological direction in the fulfillment center. We help sellers work with marketplaces at all stages - from labeling and shipping goods to promotion. We have two warehouses - in Moscow and St. Petersburg - and a team of 100 people.
They partnered with Ozon in 2021 to expand their client list and increase revenue. To start, it was necessary to go through a three-month "trial period". During this time, we had to attract 10 new customers, and each of them - to make 10 sales.
Such “onboarding” used to be mandatory in order to become an official technology partner. Now the rules have changed: technical partners and sellers cooperate on their own under market agreements.
