UNESCO, United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Agency, thinksthat smartphones should be completely banned in schools. This is necessary so that children are less distracted from classes and study better. It will also help protect children from cyberbullying.
According to UNESCO, there is evidence linking excessive use of mobile phones and poor academic performance. The organization argues that the positive impact of digital technology on learning outcomes and cost-effectiveness can be overestimated. “Not all change represents progress.
