This is a variation of the generative fill that shows what's outside of the image.
Adobe implemented Photoshop has a new feature: Generative Expand. As the name implies, it expands pictures - but not just increases the resolution, but draws new details around the edges based on a text query
Users generative fill it will not be difficult to get used to this function: the principle of operation is similar, only the tool used is different. If the fill works with Lasso and Rectangular Area, then the extension works with Crop.
Everything works like a cut in reverse. Instead of removing everything unnecessary, the function allows you to correct compositional errors or expand the field of view. To do this, after expanding the image using the “Frame”, just click on the “Generate” button on the generative extension panel. You can add a text description or leave the details at the mercy of the neural network.
Previously, drawing pictures was also possible thanks to trick
with expanding the size of the picture, adding a background and selecting a new zone. Now it's much easier to do it.Another innovation was the ability to remove objects from the image. In combination with generative shading, you can quickly remove a random passer-by from the frame and replace him with an architectural monument that he covered with himself.
So far, Generative Enhancement and Object Deletion are only available in the beta version of Photoshop. It is not known when it will appear in the stable version.
