Oukitel unveils rugged RT6 tablet with 20,000 mAh battery

Chinese manufacturer of rugged devices Oukitel has released a new indestructible tablet RT6. It runs on Android 13, has a 20,000 mAh battery, and has a flip-out kickstand on the back of the case. The stand is removable: instead of it, you can add, for example, a carrying strap.

The manufacturer positions the novelty as its most powerful rugged tablet. It comes with a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 pixels (14.4:9 aspect ratio), peak brightness of 400 nits.

The MediaTek MT8788 processor is responsible for performance (this is an updated version of Helio P60). The tablet comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Virtual RAM expansion supported: 8 GB of flash memory can be temporarily used as RAM.

The gadget has passed MIL-STD-810H, IP68 and IP69K certifications for protection against dust, moisture and shock. This means that the tablet is able to survive being submerged 1.5 meters in water for half an hour or being dropped from a height of 1.5 meters. Dust doesn't bother him either.

The manufacturer does not focus on cameras: it is only known that the main and front cameras have the same resolution - 16 megapixels. The battery supports charging up to 33W, a suitable charger is included in the package. The tablet supports reverse charging: if necessary, you can power your smartphone or other equipment from it.

Oukitel RT6 was priced at $240 (≈21,600 rubles). The tablet has already appeared on AliExpress, where a discount is valid until July 28: with a seller's coupon, the tablet costs $ 220 - or 21,102 rubles at the AliExpress rate.
