WhatsApp launches standalone Wear OS smartwatch app

There is still no such thing on the Apple Watch.
Whatsapp Developers Finally released separate application for smart watch running Google Wear OS. It will allow users to start new conversations, reply to messages and receive calls directly from the watch without requiring a connected smartphone.
The app, which is already rolling out to users around the world, is compatible with smartwatches running Wear OS 3. It allows you to send and receive text and voice messages, send emoticons and quick replies right from your wrist.
Unlike Wear OS, Apple watchOS does not currently have a separate WhatsApp app. Therefore, Apple Watch users, for example, cannot send messages or make calls in Messenger through the smartwatch. And to view incoming messages and respond to them - only with the appropriate notification settings on your iPhone.
Google is now working hard to break the dominance of the Apple Watch by improving Wear OS, as well as attracting new manufacturers and offering new applications and possibilities
