Online appeared Angry Email Translator (AET) is a free website that uses a neural network to translate angry and aggressive messages into polite language.
The tool prompts users to remake angry emails and ensures that they turn into business emails in no time. This will allow you to maintain respectful relationships even in the most difficult situations, the developers say.
At the same time, he does not rewrite letters, but only replaces rude language with more polite and professional words without losing the meaning. To do this, the algorithms use an AI-based language model.
The site presents several examples of the operation of a neural network. Here is how she rewrote the short letter “Back off, this idea is stupid as hell”:
I hope this letter finds you in good health. I would like to express my concern about the idea presented. I believe that there may be some potential issues that need to be resolved before moving on. Could we discuss this in more detail and consider alternative solutions? Thanks for your time and attention.
The site also works in Russian. We found that it does its job really well. However, there are punctuation issues, so the converted emails definitely need to be edited (which can make it even more annoying).
The neural network even rewrites some letters exclusively in English. Plus there is a limit on the number of requests.
In addition, messages are limited to 150 characters, causing replies to sometimes break off in mid-sentence. However, in many cases Angry Email Translator can still be useful.
How do you like this tool? Will you use? Write in the comments.
