How does the submission of documents to the university through the "Gosuslugi"

Documents can be submitted from June 20 to July 25. The list of universities is Online Ministry of Education. The application can be sent, even if the results of the exam are not yet available - they will be pulled into the system later.

It is allowed to choose up to five educational institutions, and in each of them up to five undergraduate or specialty specialties. Moreover, you can apply for a budget or commercial department, as well as preferential or targeted places. The limits take into account papers submitted online and offline, so you won’t be able to cheat and apply to a larger number of universities.

Competitive lists of applicants with points will be published on July 27. This is followed by two stages of enrollment - priority and main. At the first stage, those who enter without entrance examinations, in targeted areas or on preferential terms, will be accepted. Then all the rest. Those who fall under priority enrollment will have to submit original documents by July 28. On July 30, orders for enrollment will be published. Original papers from applicants of the main stage are accepted until August 3, orders are published on August 9.

What documents are required for admission to the university through the "Gosuslugi"

To apply you need:

• Passport.
• A document on the education you already have: a certificate for schoolchildren, diplomas for graduates of universities and colleges.
• Documents confirming individual achievements, if any. It can be the papers of the winners of the Olympics and sports competitions, and so on.
• Photo - you will need to upload it.
• Medical certificate in the form 086 / y - if available.
• Targeted training agreement - if available.
• Documents confirming the right to a benefit, if available. The list of beneficiaries is in the screenshot below.

Since documents are submitted online, it is better to scan them in advance. An exception can be made for a passport and a certificate. The first one is automatically attached to the "State Services", and the data of the certificate will just need to be entered.

What to do before applying to a university through the "Gosuslugi"

Achievement data often already exists in government systems. In order not to make them manually, they can be pulled up from the bases. To do this, on the “Public Services” click on the photo in the upper right corner, select “Profile” in the drop-down menu, and on the page that opens on the left - “Documents and data”.

In the left column, select the "Education" tab and click on the "Request" buttons wherever they are. If the system has something to pull up, it will do it for some time. If not, you will have to enter everything manually.

How to apply to the university through the "Gosuslugi"

The application is filled out by the applicant himself. This will require verified account at public services. Let's take a look at all the steps.

After authorization, the desired button can be waiting for you on the main page.

If not, click on the “Children. Education” and on the left in the tab that opens, select “Admission to the university”.

Next, you will need to answer a few questions. They will determine what documents the system will ask you for in the future.

• What kind of education do you have?
• Where did you receive your education?
• Is there a right to an enrollment advantage?
• Is there a training agreement?

Then go directly to the application. Choose a university. If you start to drive in its name, you can click on the desired institution in the drop-down list.

Choose the direction of preparation.

If you plan to apply to more than one university, add other institutions and specialties.

Specify individual achievements if they are not in the system.

Prioritize budget places. You need to enter numbers from one next to the selected areas of study, with 1 meaning the highest priority. If there is only one direction, you still need to put one in the box.

Add information about your education.

Upload a photo. There are no strict requirements, it is only important that it be full face.

Then you will need to check the correctness of the filled data, confirm the phone number, email address and permanent registration, and you can send the application.

What to do next

When the university accepts the application, it will send a notification to the State Services. It is worth keeping track of messages from the institution, because they may request additional information or documents. If the university conducts additional tests on its own, they can also be enrolled through the portal.

When the lists of applicants for enrollment appear, it will be necessary to send consent to this and the original document. This can also be done not personally, but through the "Gosuslugi". Submitting the original online sounds weird because you're essentially submitting an electronic copy, but don't let that put you off. This will mean that you have decided and chosen this particular specialty. Consent can be withdrawn if necessary.

Then it remains to wait for the order for enrollment.
