Study: Using Android is more intuitive than iOS

Researchers from the Green Smartphone portal, which deals with the selection of smartphones, decided to find out which operating system is easier for the average user: iOS or Android.
To do this, they did not interview the owners of different smartphones, but analyzed the popularity of search queries related to everyday functions. The fewer such requests per month, the easier it is for users to find the desired feature or setting on their own without the help of Google.
Since the portal is American, the authors analyzed search queries from US users. For a more representative sample, we took the average monthly number of requests for the last 12 months.
Here's what happened:
It turned out that Android users have fewer questions about basic functions in 10 cases out of 12: iOS wins only for the ease of taking screenshots and scanning QR codes. If we take into account all the analyzed requests, then iOS users account for about 358 thousand per month - against 226 thousand for Android owners.
