The Ministry of Digital has confirmed plans to lift the blocking of a number of pirated cinemas - sites that provide unlicensed video content from Western companies. About it writes RBC.

To unlock, there are three key conditions regarding the offered video content:

it must not be legally represented in Russian online services;
must not be in theaters;
should not contain extremist materials and LGBT propaganda.

In other words, I can unblock all sites that offer access to films and series that are officially unavailable in Russia. True, Hollywood novelties will not appear there until they are shown in cinemas. But free access should appear, for example, films about "Harry Potter».
