The device will replace a 200-inch TV.
Anker has launched a new Mars 3 smart projector under the Nebula sub-brand. It is a portable device adapted for outdoor use with a brightness of 1,000 ANSI lumens (twice as bright as Mars 2 Pro) and an autonomy of 5 hours on a single charge.
The projector displays images up to 200 inches, but for optimal quality it is recommended to limit the range of 80-150 inches. The maximum resolution is 1080p. The device supports automatic surface adjustment and autofocus.
No separate audio system is required: there are three 40W speakers with support for Dolby Atmos surround sound. When connected via Bluetooth, the projector can be used as a speaker without outputting video.
Nabula Mars runs on Android TV 11 and does not require a connection to a video source. The case is IPX3 splash-proof, dust-proof and drop-resistant up to 50 cm.
For wireless connection there is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, for wired connection there are USB-C, USB-A, HDMI and 3.5 mm ports. The device also supports Chromecast and voice control through the "Google Assistant". The assistant call button is on the complete control panel.
Impressive battery life is achieved with a built-in 185 Wh battery. True, for 5 hours of autonomy, you will need to turn on the eco mode, which limits the brightness to 300 ANSI lumens. In Bluetooth speaker mode, autonomy will be 15 hours. The projector can be used as a power bank to charge other gadgets.
Mars 3 is already available for pre-order on the official website. site Nebula at a discounted price of $900 (≈76,300 rubles). The release date is not specified, but on July 10 the cost will increase to $ 1,100 (≈93,000 rubles) - probably at the same time the device will go on open sale.
