Google Meet is getting "On the go" mode for calling while you're on the move

Google works above the On-the-Go mode in Google Meet for Android. With it, it will be easier to focus on the conversation while moving.

The new feature turns off the user's camera and video of other meeting participants, minimizing all distractions. It also enlarges the buttons on the screen to make them easier to interact with.

The application itself will determine when the user is talking on the go (using motion sensors in phone), and offer to switch to On-the-Go. And as soon as it realizes that you have stopped, it will return to normal regime. If necessary, all this can be done manually through the menu.

The company has not yet announced when the option will become available to all users, but the appearance on the Web of screenshots with a new interface means that it will not be long to wait.
