Of course, when it comes to survival, you don’t have to go overboard with sentences. But in general, the Zoomer approach should be adopted. People of older generations are more strict about embedding in the hierarchical system of the company and subordination. In fact, it is easier for an employee to cope with a task if he understands why he is solving it. Zoomers are less willing to do not understand than in the workplace from nine to six, as long as they get paid, although they are often accused of laziness.
But does laziness come from the reluctance to do meaningless things? Polls, for zoomers, one of the career values is the opportunity to develop. 54% of respondents want to solve interesting problems, 36% of young people hope to perceive their leader as a mentor and mentor.
Zoomers are tuned to see the results of their activities and understand the value of their work. And this view of work is worth borrowing from them. Work takes up a large part of our day. And if we spend this period with meaning and pleasure, life becomes much more pleasant.
3. Count on healthy team relationships

4. Build a balance between work and personal life

Zoomers ready to sacrifice something for the sake of work, but in general, it is very important for them to have free time that can be spent on themselves. Therefore, they have a negative attitude towards overtime, calls after hours, and the like. And that's right. If an emergency at work happens sometimes, it is not critical, you can make a little more effort for the sake of overall success. If the situation is constant, the matter is in an improperly organized process.
The balance of work and leisure does not interfere with a person, but helps - for example, to avoid burnout and not put yourself in a situation where you are offered a promotion, but your only desire is to lie face down in a pillow.
5. Change jobs when necessary
Zoomers are changing the way they work more oftenthan other generations. In this sense, young people are more fearless: 72% of survey participants are even ready to radically change their profession if they realize that they do not like the current one.
Perhaps this path is not for everyone. But the very understanding that a person at his job is not a hostage, he can leave when he does not like it, makes him feel freer.
