Like in "The Martian": a reality show will be filmed in Australia with an imitation of life on the Red Planet

Fox TV channel showed the trailer for the new reality show "Stars on Mars", the premiere of which will take place already June 5th. The program will be filmed in a purpose-built town in a remote area in southern Australia.

As part of the show, a crew of 12 people will live in conditions as close as possible to Martian ones and perform various “space” missions. They even prepared special spacesuits for them, as in the movie "Martian».

Each week, the participants will vote for the return of one of the team members to the "Earth". By the end of the program, only one "survivor" will remain on Mars.

Stars on Mars cast includes actors Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Super Peppers) and Natasha Leggero (Community), American female wrestler Ronda Rousey, German boxer Tom Schwartz, singer Tinashe, former cyclist Lance Armstrong and other.
