Tips Motivation / / December 19, 2019
Not all people are created for life outside corporations or large companies, but if you think about it in the depths of the companies disappeared more than a genius. Someone goes and comes back six months later, someone goes and comes back from time to time in order to learn something new and to raise their status and recognition, and someone goes and never returns. The latter is much less than those who returned back to the bosom of the mother ship. After a while, everything bad is forgotten and remember only the good. And in order to remember why you decided to embark on a free-swimming, and why you like it, you need to record lessons learned and highlight the pros and cons.

Lesson №1. Priorities of people are changing rapidly, especially in large companies. The situation will change in a matter of seconds, while employees of large companies may not even notice these changes. For you, the same as the seller, this can be a devastating blow.
Lesson №2. Working hours within corporations is filled with numerous meetings, sometimes quite considerable in time-consuming. You'd be surprised how much you will have free time for other, more productive things.
Lesson №3. Since you are your own boss, keep experimenting with prices and other marketing tools all the time.
Lesson №4. Take to his job of his friends and family members is a good start for your business, but for the success of this is not enough.
Lesson №5. Come out from time to time out of the office and meet with other people - new meetings, new ideas.
Lesson №6. Do not underestimate the potential of social networks for business development. Otherwise you will have to play catch-up.
Lesson №7. Prefer unique capabilities with high risks, rather than dwelling on something standard with low risk, which seem to be more profitable.
Lesson №8.R.E.M. We are doing things their own way, at their own pace and in their own style. It is quite reliable and long-term business strategy.
Lesson №9. There is no certainty that your constant absence away from home will make the heart beat your mate more frequently. But staying together 24 hours a day, clearly adds passion.
Lesson №10. If you are willing to follow that what you believe, you are sure to be in the right place with the right people.
Lesson №11. When you work in a large company, the last thing you would most want it to interact with many people. When you are an entrepreneur, the situation is reversed.
Lesson №12. Thrift, frugality and thrift again!
Lesson №13. Single-level cost structure is your direct ticket to failures in the worst case, at best it will lead to stagnation of your business.
Lesson №14. At some point you have to understand that it is not able to spray yourself in all the cases as long as you do not find balance and peace of mind.
Lesson №15. If your last corporate world used to be a thing (situation), in relation to which you can stay in the side, attitude changes dramatically when you become an entrepreneur - you will not be able to stand quietly by and watch.
Lesson №16. Do not underestimate the ability to remain calm in all situations - it is very useful to you in difficult times.
Lesson №17. As hard as it may be, but you have to forget about their old business relations, which are not reciprocal. And focus on mutual and bright.
Lesson №18. Sometimes deviate from their main way for the institution of new interesting acquaintances that could never happen, do not you occasionally like hooks. Perhaps a meeting with the people with whom you have not seen, will open up new interesting opportunities and prospects. You never know how cool it can change your life.
Lesson №19. Do not sit and wait until someone decides to do something with you for company. Just take it and do what you want done, even alone.
Lesson №20. Whatever may be the important to you is your close-knit team, sometimes you need to monitor the reaction of strangers - it will give you much more accurate perspective.
Lesson №21. There is nothing wrong to take the risk that something that you so carefully avoided, suddenly hit someone else. You can not keep up with everything.
Lesson №22. Life can be unbelievable, if you let it be so. Very often the "incredible" materializes, because you try not to follow the beaten track. Incredible it is we're doing.
Lesson №23. To fall back quite easily. But if you do decide to withdraw, do it consciously, not by a second impulse.
Lesson №24. You need a certain business model, rather than just a great idea. It can keep you quite a long period of time. The ideas must be constantly updated. The constant renewal of ideas without a clear business model for a long period of time can simply wash off You can not be restored.
Lesson №25. Wait ripening business model.
These were the lessons learned from the man behind the 2 years of his life as a private entrepreneur. They do not claim to be the ideal, in the end, it is a subjective opinion. But perhaps it is at least partly the same as yours. Or help you find your way and make the right decision.
Life is multifaceted and it hides a huge number of possibilities, which earlier we did not even know. Why not take a chance and do not try? Especially if there are people who are ready to support you.
