Josef Schalek from the Czech Republic installed new world standing record plank. His result is 9 hours, 38 minutes and 47 seconds. The man accepted the challenge at the AVATAR festival in Pilsen.
The record holder admitted that the most difficult thing was between the seventh and eighth hours - severe pain and dizziness began. However, self-confidence and the support of the public helped to persevere, he added.
Five years ago I was 15 kilos overweight, I loved alcohol and cigarettes. But a certain life-changing moment led me to this transformation.
