The first image of Zuckerberg's Twitter analogue appeared on the Web

The Meta* company has created a social network that practically duplicates Twitter in terms of functionality. It is already being tested among selected authors, and officially scheduled for release in June this year, found out Bloomberg.

The “text-based conversation app”, as the project is called on the slide that has leaked to the Web, is built on the basis of Instagram *, through which authorization will be carried out. Both social networks will also be able to synchronize. For example, to transfer the list of contacts and subscribers. However, they are two different platforms.

Posts are limited to 500 characters, almost double the Twitter limit of 280 characters. Links, videos and photos can be attached to them.

In the settings, you can control comments on the page and mentions of your account. The list of users blocked on Instagram* will automatically be transferred to the new social network.

The application, apparently, was made in haste. March 2023 only at Meta*
