In the new episode of the culinary podcast "Time to eat" we explore Russian cuisine. Which dishes can be considered primordially Russian, and which ones came to us from abroad (but we don’t even know about it), pancakes with what filling are the most delicious and nutritious and whether modern restaurants cook dishes in the oven - these questions will be answered by our guests: brand chef Sergey Postnikov and chef Sergey Filippov from restaurant "B.O.R. 812" in St. Petersburg.
