Firefox 113 updates its password generator and improves user privacy

Mozila released Firefox 113 with improvements and bug fixes. In particular, the company has updated the search bar, password generator and Picture-in-Picture function, and has strengthened user privacy in private mode.

Major browser improvements:

• Picture-in-Picture now supports rewind, video duration information, and the ability to turn on full-screen mode from any tab.
• Search address bar now displays the query instead of the page URL. A context menu has been added to the drop-down list of hints, in which you can remove any search query from your browsing history and disable the display of sponsored links.
• In private mode, improved cookie blocking and browser storage isolation used in the hit tracking code.
• Firefox generated passwords now include special characters.
• The accessibility mechanism has been redesigned to improve browser speed and stability when working with screen readers.
• Added support for AVIF Image Sequence (AVIS) animation.
• Now you can drag and drop files directly from Microsoft Outlook.

• macOS users can now access the Services submenu directly from Firefox context menus.

In addition to new features, Firefox 113 brings security fixes and improvements for web developers.
