F+, Texet, BQ, Maxvi and Digma are now buying instead of Nokia.
Russian push-button phones for the first time outstripped devices of foreign brands in sales. In the first quarter of 2023, they took a record 60% of the Russian market. About this Izvestia reported in M.Video-Eldorado.
Compared to the same period last year, demand increased by 20%. Sellers and importers of devices believe that this happened due to the withdrawal of some brands from the country, primarily Nokia.
Among the most popular domestic brands are F+ and Texet, Philips is among the leaders of foreign brands.

The company noted that interest in push-button devices is falling, but their sales in Russia remain high. In January-March, 1.1 million pieces were sold. It is possible that now the Russians are buying them just in case Android and iOS smartphones are blocked.
"Dialers" are also often purchased as a mobile alternative to a home phone or an additional gadget for work, for children and elderly parents. In addition, they are chosen by users who value privacy and reliability.
MTS and Ozon confirmed the new trend. Sales of push-button Russian phones have been growing since the end of 2021, the marketplace noted.
“BQ, Maxvi and Digma became the leaders in popularity among domestic brands of push-button phones. At the same time, brands such as Philips and Nokia also remain popular, ”said an Ozon spokesman.
According to M.Video-Eldorado, the average check for a push-button telephone in Russia at the beginning of this year was about 1.7 thousand rubles.
