Every tenth Russian wants to work in retirement. And you?
Miscellaneous / / April 24, 2023
Older Russians would mostly like to travel after retirement, but there are also those who are so attached to work that they are going to work, even if there is enough money to life. This is evidenced by the results of the SuperJobs survey, which leads RBC.
Here's how the answers about retirement plans were distributed:
- Travel - 26%
- Gardening and gardening - 15%
- Devote time to your favorite hobby - 13%
- Work for pleasure - 13%
- Bring up grandchildren - 5%
- Read more - 3%
- Engage in health, visit excursions, theaters and museums - 1% each.
It is noteworthy that women spoke more often about the upbringing of grandchildren and tourism, and men spoke about the continuation of work. Thus, 16% of men and only 8% of women would like to work.
Comparison with a similar survey of SuperJobs in 2021 showed that there are fewer people willing to work (from 19 to 13%), and more people who want to travel: from 24 to 26%.
Would you like to work even in retirement, assuming that you already have enough money to live on? Tell in the comments!
