Miscellaneous / / April 24, 2023
So far only for the Galaxy S23, other models are on the way.
A new official Samsung app has been released to the Galaxy Store: Galaxy Enhance-X photo editor. It uses neural networks to quickly correct image imperfections. With one tap, you can adjust the optimal brightness, sharpness, HDR and color correction, or correct facial features in any picture.
There is a Magic button for this. It runs an algorithm that analyzes and corrects blur, noise, and lack of detail issues. You can also edit photos in more detail with Lighten, Face, Fix Blur, Fix Lens Distortion, Fix Moiré, HDR, Portrait, Remove Reflection, Remove Shadow, and Enhance sharpness."

In the "Face" section, there are additional settings such as skin smoothing, color correction, jaw plastics and eye resizing. Portrait offers various options for working with the background: increasing or decreasing the blur and different styles of blur.

Initially, the application was presented last year, but it became available to users only now - in version 1.0.55, which weighs about 85 MB. The list of compatible devices is currently limited to the Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra, but they promise to add support for the Galaxy S22 series in the near future. Other models are also on the way, but there is no specific list yet.
